GoodFoodGood was initiated by Tim Mälzer and the Dekeyser&Friends Foundation with the aim to create a food portal, which informs people around the world about food and all topics related to it.
The content of GoodFoodGood is created by the Dekeyser&Friends Fellows under the guidance of Tim Mälzer during a three months project. The goal of the portal is to share knowledge around the area of food and ingredients from a young perspective and provide the basis for informed discussions around the area of food and ingredients.
The Dekeyser&Friends Fellows spend 3 months in Hamburg, from August to November 2011, to participate in the Culinary Project. Within this project they learn about and experience a variety of food related topics from organic farming to cooking techniques and recipies. GoodFoodGood is the tool to share this knowledge and inspiration. All videos and blog entries therefore reflect individual learning experiences and give an insight into a variety of topics. Critical discourse and an international perspective are the basis for the content produced for GoodFoodGood.
